Session duration: mentoring sessions are up to 1.5hrs per session

Mentoring locations: Sessions are held out walking or over the phone. Little Shove operates remotely at several locations around Adelaide, with easy walking paths and parking. Location options will be discussed at the time of booking. Interstate client sessions are held over the phone.

Mentoring rates and payments:

  • Private clients: rates and packages will be released soon for 2025. Enquire now

  • Payment: EFT details provided for payment prior to commencement of sessions. Payment is non-refundable.

  • Corporate clients: rates and packages will be released soon for 2025. Payment by invoice or EFT prior to commencement. Enquire now

Outdoors sessions: Please dress according to the weather conditions and wear appropriate footwear with good grip. You are encouraged to bring a water bottle and be SunSmart. Should the weather impact the ability to safely deliver an outdoor session, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss an alternative location.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Life happens. Please let me know as soon as possible should you need to reschedule a booking. Little Shove’s cancellation fees and terms are:

  • Private client mentoring:

    • Payment is non-refundable and is to be made prior to the commencement of the session,

    • Reschedule requests made 24hrs or more before the appointment time will not incur a fee,

    • Reschedules made less than 24hrs before the appointment time may incur a $50 fee,

    • Cancellations made within 12hrs of the appointment start time or unattended appointments will be charged the full rate,

    • Rescheduled sessions are to be held within four weeks of the original session date.

  • Corporate client mentoring:

    • Sessions to be paid in full, in advance by invoice or EFT,

    • Payment is non-refundable,

    • Sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to another staff member or colleague in consultation with Little Shove with a minimum of 24hrs notice,

    • Unused or unattended sessions will be forfeited,

    • Sessions to be booked and attended within twelve months of payment.

  • Team Workshops:

    • Full payment is required upon invoice and is non-refundable,

    • A $300 non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking,

    • Sessions may be rescheduled in consultation with Little Shove no less than seven-days prior to the original session date,

    • Rescheduled sessions are to be held within six-months of the original booking date.

Life happens for me too. In the unlikely unfortunate event that Little Shove needs to reschedule, postpone or cancel a session, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Little Shove is not liable for any fees or charges associated with rescheduling, postponing or cancelling a workshop or mentoring session.

Terms and Conditions

By engaging the services of Little Shove, you (the Client) agree that you have read, accept and agree to the Risk, Safety and Wellbeing, Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions located on the Little Shove website (www.littleshove.com.au).

By proceeding with booking Little Shove you agree to pay the fees stated or agreed and you agree to abide by the cancellation fees and terms as described.

You agree to be respectful in all interactions with Little Shove and to not cause any physical, verbal or emotional harm to Little Shove or its service providers.

Risk, Safety & Wellbeing

Participation in any session (workshop or mentoring) with Little Shove is entered into at the Client’s own risk and discretion.

Little Shove places all responsibility on the Client to ensure they (and any of their attending representatives) are physically, mentally and emotionally safe, healthy, well, fit and able to proceed with the chosen services or activities in the agreed locations. If in doubt, it is recommended that the Client does not proceed with booking.

For mentoring sessions, should the Client become unable or unwilling to participate at any time before or during a session, they are to advise Little Shove immediately and the session, service or location will be altered to suit accordingly.

Little Shove will not be held liable for any accidents, delays, injuries, illness, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, or any other type of loss or damage due to any act or default by Little Shove or its owner and service provider, Lesley Magill, or anyone acting as an agent, consultant, affiliate, employee, director, staff, team member, or anyone otherwise affiliated with this business at time to time, who is engaged in delivering services or content or information.

Disclaimer

By booking or proceeding with or reading about Little Shove’s mentoring and moving and workshop services, the Client acknowledges that Little Shove (and owner/service provider Lesley Magill) is not a licensed psychologist, therapist, fitness or wellness coach, health care, business, human resources, financial or medical professional or service, and that the services do not replace the treatment and care of professionals.

Mentoring is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy and related advice.  Little Shove strongly encourages and recommends that the Client seek professional support at any time should they need it.

The outcome of mentoring or moving or workshop sessions/services and/or recommendations cannot be guaranteed. The Client takes full responsibility in the decisions made during or after engaging with Little Shove, as well as the consequences. The Client agrees that they are entering into mentoring or moving or workshop services with Little Shove with full understanding that the Client (or any of their attending representatives) are responsible for creating their own results. 

Any correspondence entered into is shared as expressions of opinion only. Little Shove cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver to the best of their ability the mentoring or workshop services purchased or received as described or intended.
