Clients and case studies

Case Studies: Mentoring

  • Adelaide is a small place (which is one of the many reasons that I love it) and Ben reached out after hearing about Little Shove from other clients.

Ben was at the beginning of a brave yet terrifying decision to walk away from a good role and step into the unknown. Uncertain as he was, he knew that he wanted to find the direction that is right for him at this stage of his life.

Ben openly shares in his case study how challenged he felt at times during our mentoring sessions, yet I was delighted (and relieved!) that he lent in wholeheartedly, trusted me and my process and was very happy with the outcome.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ben. He is a good human with his heart in the right place, and I know he will go far with greater alignment and a real sense of purpose.

I’ve seen an influx of men reaching out for Little Shove mentoring this year and I am delighted to work with them.

  • I've had the privilege of being Renee's mentor for the past two years.

Renee was at a crossroads, but by getting to the heart of who she really is, what she really wants and why, we created a plan and a pathway which ultimately led to a new role - within her existing company - that not only encapsulates her passions and purpose but enables Renee to thrive and shine as an individual and as a leader.

Walking - figuratively and literally - alongside Renee throughout this time enabled me to listen, guide, offer fresh perspective, brainstorm solutions, build her confidence and clarity, distil thinking and develop Renee’s authentic and values-driven leadership style.

Renee is humble and hardworking, personable and kind, and deeply passionate about what she, her team and the company do to create magical experiences and memories for travellers from all around the world. Being part of her journey has been a pure joy.
