Paul is the first client who did not actively seek-out mentoring, but who accepted the opportunity when it was presented to him by leadership. I went into it thinking I had my work cut out for me! Because of this, I’ve found Paul’s feedback especially rewarding.
With 12 direct reports and more than 600 employees as one of South Australia’s top 100 businesses, Paul doesn’t have time to spare and made that clear to me from the outset. Thankfully, the time Paul carved out each month to spend in our one-on-one mentoring sessions has been of value to his leadership development, as he shares in his case study.

Adelaide is a small place (which is one of the many reasons that I love it) and Ben reached out after hearing about Little Shove from other clients.

I've had the privilege of being Renee's mentor for the past two years.
