  • I've had the privilege of being Renee's mentor for the past two years.

    Renee was at a crossroads, but by getting to the heart of who she really is, what she really wants and why, we created a plan and a pathway which ultimately led to a new role - within her existing company - that not only encapsulates her passions and purpose but enables Renee to thrive and shine as an individual and as a leader.

    Walking - figuratively and literally - alongside Renee throughout this time enabled me to listen, guide, offer fresh perspective, brainstorm solutions, build her confidence and clarity, distil thinking and develop Renee’s authentic and values-driven leadership style.
